The ability to work in a merit based company. To advance from entry level to management in under 2 years. To work in a fun environment where you develop lasting relationships. 6 figure salary if you are willing to work hard enough to advance. The ability to advance ahead of people without seniority.
Cons
Direct marketing isn't easy. You will not advance unless you earn it. If you are afraid of commission the position isn't for you. It's not a safe position in terms or working a cozy desk job 9-5 with limited potential to advance.
