      Pros

      Good bonus, nice HR that's helpful

      Cons

      The team I was in was one of the worst I've ever worked with! They would back stab or throw each other under the bus when the other wasn't there, then be nice to their faces! Horrible two-faced people. Glad I'm out of there! Also, there were lots of unpaid overtime work and you don't get paid for it.

      Pros

      Opportunities to grow and progress career. Top of the class Swiss IT investment platform and well oiled IT and front desk teams. Some legendary humble advisory seniors that gives juniors a real chance to succeed. Great office environment.

      Cons

      Weak immature senior management in business risk, operational and capital markets. COO that fosters a blame culture and lack of accountability. In some areas a class system oriented culture and some VIC staff with small town mentality.

      Pros

      Given there are a large amount of employees who are shareholders, there is a very good attitude towards solving issues as they arise. After a rushed start UBS gave them to be set up in 12m's time its understandable that they have had issues but it now feels like everything is under control & that the operation has been around for a long while!

      Cons

      there are some areas you can tell they are still trying to find their way but they are not that important in the scheme of things
