      A good starting salary that's it

      Cons

      The salary that you have at the beggining will be the last that you have they do not do salary increases, since the company is small if by some reason the project that you are assigned failled you will get thrown out and if by any chance some of their workers that have worked with them in a previous time will have priority. Its impossible to get vacation and when you do you'll be fired up. I'll recommend this place as side job just for the money

      Pros

      Contract conditions were explained and clarified from the first engagement. Went through 3 short interviews, waited for a week and got an offer, which was already explained from the beginning. The onboarding process was thorough, with multiple 1 to 1 meetings and access to documents that made clear what are the principles and policies of the company. Compensation and benefits are among the best in the market. Very recommended!
