Management has firmly established a culture where hierarchy beautifully replaces actual knowledge. If you enjoy watching individuals who are a solid 4/10 in Excel and a 2/10 in basic accounting operate under the delusion that a higher job title automatically grants omniscience, you will love it here. The absolute cherry on top of this corporate sundae? A complete and total inability to take responsibility.
