Can't think of any pros, they promote to advance you're career there climb the latter but in the 4 yrs there never saw when they open the opportunity to do so...

Favoritism, lack of professionalism in the office, upper management don't care about the workers, HR as well favoritism, low wages, low hours, most of all they habe no concern for you if whether be it in the workplace or personally and will not take you serious if given the chance mock your situation to others either in front or behind your back, anything personal discussed get a voiced out to their close counterparts...
