      Really enjoyed to work to life balance at Crest. Learned new skills and got a glimpse of how food is produced and packaged.

      Long commute. Train constantly blocks the entrance.

      Pros

      Company has many programs in place to assist employees. Pay raises are generous along with a yearly Christmas bonus. Full time jobs come with benefits like health insurance and optional 401k. Opportunities for overtime available. Three shifts and many different positions. Hires from within when possible. Nurses on staff for injuries, basic healthcare, immunizations, ect..

      Factory work. Repetitive tasks. No windows on the interior of the building.

      No opportunity to move up If you're not in the in crowd you get bullied Says that they have values but they don't hold to them Show initiative you get fired Management never listen to employees
