The demand is here .There is always back breaking work .

They paint this perfect picture not so . No work life balance . Favoritism at its finest . Long days there is always something extra added to your daily duties along with extra stops from other routes. Management does what they want and gets away with it. They preach growth opportunities but you must fit in there little circle to be accepted. Good luck
