      Pros

      Still operates as a family run business, insurance premiums are paid for. Hourly team members are all friendly. New HR is amazing and cares.

      Cons

      Management over front office! One of thee worst bosses I have ever worked with. Micromanager at it's finest unless you kiss butt. When you go to stake holders regarding issues nothing happens. Nothing is confidential with office mgmt.
