There were some really great coworkers that were supportive and very talented in their line of work. Unlimited PTO...BUT don't expect to take PTO and enjoy it. You'll likely start to get emails in the middle of vacation about how you're not keeping up with projects and doing your job well after you were told, no worries, the project would definitely be covered while you were out...
Cons
I am confident in saying that in my short time with the company I had more panic attacks than I had my entire life; and, I've had far from an easy life. Meetings will be tense as you will always be wondering when the next 'blow up' will occur. Work may be praised one day and the very same piece of work ridiculed the next. It truly all depends on what mood management is in that day. I left feeling like I just got out of a very toxic relationship. Leadership has one goal and that is to produce what they think is amazing work and are OK with that being at the expense of their employees mental, emotional and physical health. If you're cool with that, step right up, because this place is a revolving door of great talent that knows there is better out there.
