Pros
There's a hand full of people working hard to turn the company in the right direction. Vacation package is good, benefits are okay.
Cons
There's no consistency in policies, lazy workers, untrained management, they don't listen to their employees. Rather hire temps instead of investing in hiring and maintaining their team members.
