Pros
Coworkers and customers are friendly and you never dread having to go to work the next day. The staff is highly experienced so you are never without help. The bank provides in-house training so little experience required to start. A great place to enter the banking industry.
Cons
Due to low turnover rate there are not many opportunities for advancement unless you are willing to move as the bank expands.
