      Hybrid work model Flexible hours Great people who were implemented before the mergers

      Leadership puts bad decision makers in leadership roles. Company is owned by a PE so they will underpay you to maximize profit. Career growth opportunities were limited. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace environment.

      Pros

      I worked with some of the best co-workers that anyone could ask for.

      Cons

      The new management team is going to run this facility into the ground. I think that the worst of the worst was my department. There is no clear plan in place. The team leader and his mini-him has no respect from the team and has lost the respect of most of the rest of the company.
