      Pros

      Wish I had some, getting involved with CREO is a death wish.

      Cons

      Everything is a con with this company. They talk a big game about "wanting to invest and grow the brands they invest in" but when it comes down to it they simply DO NOT CARE and seem to do everything in their power to DESTROY businesses from the inside out rather than help them thrive. No culture. No values. No morals. No personality. No perks. No appreciation for their employees or the people working at the companies they have chosen to invest in. Awful benefits. Just a thankless job.

      Pros

      They would often try to get interns catered lunch as many times as they could considering that the internship is unpaid.

      Cons

      Working as an unpaid intern for CREO was one of the most stressful work environments I've ever been in. The associates I worked with the most enjoyed lecturing me on what it took to make it big in the IB industry. These lectures would often occur at 10 PM at night and were so useless because they just dragged on about how late I should stay in the office. I was consistently pressured to stay for long hours. Instructions for assignments were never clear and the constant back and forth over email for some small minor mistakes was very frustrating. Would not recommend this internship to students still in school.
