      Management, Pay,Working hours. Company during covid did a 10% salary cut and never payed it back.

      Pros

      Work together as a team very well. There are issues with producting / scheduling and customer response like any company but everyone pitches in to solve the end problem.

      Cons

      Lots of change - not always waiting for consensus before changing again.
