Pros

In no particular order... -Results Based Culture. You can be a high-performer and work wherever you need to (remote, from home, or in an office) so long as you are adequately completing your work. -The people. Such a dynamic group of individuals and they have a passion for each other, their respective crafts, and their clients. -Variety of work to be done. Many different types of projects to work on and sharpen tool kit with. -Great benefits for a company their size (hello, adult ortho!) -Lab Friday. Every other Friday there is dedicated time to work on your personal/professional development. -Open door communication. If you have a question, you are more than welcome to ask. C-suite and Executive Leadership team is very accessible and encourages questions and curiosity.

Cons

Not a con per se, but if you aren't adept at remote, or asynchronous, work then you may find a challenge working here. That said, this wasn't my experience. This team has a great culture that helps everyone stay connected whether you work remotely or in the office.

Pros

Crema is packed with brilliant, senior product professionals who thrive on solving complex, enterprise-level challenges. This is the team you hire when you need it done right, mission critical or strategic advantage. A strong culture of camaraderie and shared excellence makes every day feel like you're leveling up. The company truly rewards action if you’re a builder, a doer, or someone who leads through execution, you’ll thrive here. Leadership fosters an environment where values-driven delivery isn’t just a mantra clients feel it too, and often stick around for that very reason. Clients love our ability to work through the natural challenges that happen with doing big audacious things, and find that unusually refreshing as the team doesn't shy away from disagreement/tension & often leads the solution to it. After 10 years I can confidently say: the Crema experience is deeply fulfilling and growth-oriented. Dan & George are top notch owners, and you get work alongside them and their incredible leadership team. Really great benefits & incredible work life balance. Work hard, but leave work at work. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

The nature of enterprise work means long sales cycles and strategic ambiguity are part of the territory. It’s exciting, but can also be unpredictable. Strategic priorities can shift as enterprise clients navigate their own internal politics and change management.

Pros

Crema fosters an entrepreneurial spirit where your voice is genuinely heard by leadership. You’ll be challenged in the best way—given the space and responsibility to learn by doing. What might take a decade to experience elsewhere, you can achieve in just half here. The team is full of smart, experienced, and supportive peers. The culture is fun, collaborative, and the downtown KC office is beautiful and energizing. Clients are wonderful! It's a hybrid environment with set ITO days that make the most of the team’s time together.

Cons

Crema isn’t for everyone. If you prefer highly structured environments or struggle with ambiguity, this may be a tough fit. Projects are often complex and fast-moving in the B2B space, so being adaptable and eager to learn is KEY!
