      Senior Management team was good.

      Cons

      Some operations maintenance co-workers showed no ambition, and were lazy. Seem to have a revolving door, lost a lot of great people.

      Parking for employees is the cost of a transit pass

      Cons

      Upper management is very slow to make decisions on anything. Very much a sweat shop environment. No room for advancement.
