Credo AI is great for anyone passionate about AI governance and making a truly meaningful impact in the tech space. The team is hyper collaborative and genuinely cares about the mission; by far the most true passion I've seen in any company I've worked for. Because the company is still so lean, there's a ton of autonomy in your role. I'm independent by nature so this is ideal for my preferred work style. You need to define success for yourself here, vs. a team laying it out for you.

Like any startup, there are growing pains. This company is on the cusp of major success. Things can move quickly, and priorities shift, so it’s important to be adaptable. For folks without startup experience or those who prefer a larger, matrixed org, this may be challenging.
