Pros

Super friendly culture - no catch! Every team is considerate, kind and collaborative. No egos. No drama. Forward-thinking when it comes to product development, technology and more. Keeps things interesting - no two days are the same! The company and its members always put the customer experience first. Everyone truly values the customer's opinions and feelings and genuinely wants to help communities build up their financial education and resilience.

Cons

None - super happy and supported in this role and team environment. Looking forward to making more memories, continuing to learn from and spend time with an amazing and extremely talented group of people.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review - glad we're all kind and collaborative - it is one of the most important values to us (Well.. all five of our values are equally important to be honest but the working together one.. lets just say is in the top) and to be a team player and take collaboration and working together as a first option, always is key. Looking forward to working together, learning more, and continuing to make more great memories.

Pros

Creditspring is truly a great place to work. It's refreshing working for a company who really puts a focus on employees and works hard to offer continuous support and development for everyone at the company. Along with this, there is a great office environment and great social culture at the company which makes it an enjoyable place to come to work.

Cons

There isn't anything that comes to mind.

Pros

This is a company that’s genuinely on the up — backed by recent investment and a clear plan for sustainable growth. Goals and metrics are communicated so openly and transparently. We work hard, support each other, and celebrate both work and life milestones — the culture is ambitious but human. There’s a strong sense of shared ownership, and if your career goals align with the direction of the business, you’ll be supported to grow. Importantly, those business goals aren’t used as an excuse to hold people back. Flexible working is a real thing here, not just a line in the handbook. The office is dog-friendly, centrally located, full of snacks, and there’s a strong social vibe with regular themed lunches/evening.

Cons

If you’re used to the structure and process-heavy approach of a large corporate, the more agile, fast-moving nature of this business might take a moment to adjust to. We don’t have layers of hierarchy or rigid systems, and that can sometimes feel a little unpolished. While some legacy ways of working or internal dynamics still linger in places, they’re increasingly being addressed as the business matures.
