Pros
One of the best offices i have ever worked in, in terms of the people the freedom to work the way you want to. Good earning potential if the material is there.
Cons
No wage review, you could be there for 5 years and not have a discussion on increase of wages or where you are heading moving forward, process changes ever 3 months. you can be on minimum wage but mean while they are advertising for the same role on job sites for £7,000 more a year, not only is that demoralising but insulting. I asked my manager for an increase on my monthly wage as i was struggling, my team manager flat out refused to raise my wage above the minimum. I went straight to the CEO of the business who was very accommodating to my situation and agreed to raise it, so in other words my manager declined my request without even bothering to ask the decision maker. This left a very bad taste in my mouth in term of how i felt about managment
