Pros
Great culture, supportive environment. When work gets hard, everyone is helpful and kind. There is a lot of trust in the team and there is nobody I don't like. There is a great social culture too if you want it, with people regularly going to the pub after work or meeting up for stuff on the weekend. Great office location, great working hours. My life is nicer and happier now I'm working here again! Best company I have ever worked for and that is the reason I have and always will return to this Employer!
Cons
No major ones I can think of, otherwise I would have never come back to work with these Lovely People! Sales can naturally sometimes be a 'pushy' environment and targeted, so there is sometimes a bit of added stress, but this is only due to the industry - Creditplus Always try their best to help in any way they can to lessen this anyway, so this is not really a con about the company itself!
