the management is wonderful, they dont micro manage you they teach you what you need to know then continue to develop you through quality assurance. common sense plays a big role at this job.

I can work at home. Its a second job for me, even though I work enough that it is really full time. I make a little more at this job than my regular job, but this is an independent contractor job so I think of it as a 2nd job. It is mostly talking to people on the phone, and helping them. It's really all about helping people who have trouble helping themselves.

You have to have a good internet connection and you have to make sure that it is always on. You can't use a cell phone, and I know people who have tried but you just can. Any kind of computer other than a mac works, which bums people out too because they like macs. But that is just the way it is with these guys.
