      - Company respects your time and effort - Great place to learn financial skills and knowledge for someone starting out - Variety of new and innovative projects/services being worked on at any given time - Friendly company culture and coworkers - Plenty of snacks and food in the office

      - Smaller firm, so less name recognition from those outside the industry

      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers, great culture, daily snacks, generous benefits and time off. I sincerely looked forward to coming in every day.

      Cons

      Pay was under market standard which I didn’t learn until after I was let go. I was often stretched thin due to layoffs of other departments where those job responsibilities suddenly became mine, with little to no coverage for my own time off. Layoffs and turnover are extremely common because of the Fitch acquisition eliminating roles and departments and seem to happen with no warning
