Wonderful coworkers, great culture, daily snacks, generous benefits and time off. I sincerely looked forward to coming in every day.

Pay was under market standard which I didn’t learn until after I was let go. I was often stretched thin due to layoffs of other departments where those job responsibilities suddenly became mine, with little to no coverage for my own time off. Layoffs and turnover are extremely common because of the Fitch acquisition eliminating roles and departments and seem to happen with no warning
