Pros
The job itself is great and great co-workers. The holiday parties are great and we get food trucks brought in every once in awhile and do special events to show employee appreciation. Good work/life balance and great benefits. The people are the reason I've stuck around for so long.
Cons
The pay is horrible. While upper management is friendly and kind to their employees they are incompetent and can't think past the bridge of their nose when it comes to running the company and making good decisions for the good of the company. Change is constant and drives me insane. While there are upsides to working for this company this company lacks good leadership and proper direction. While my job is enjoyable I make well below the national average for a Quality Assurance Specialist. Turnover rate is also very high.
