Pros

Flexible work schedule. Timely salary payment. Free lunch. Data provision for all staff. Salary is guaranteed. MD CEO is very approachable and accommodating.

Cons

Workers are HUGELY underpaid. No freedom to switch to or work with another credit bureau even when those ones offer a more competitive salary range. No appreciation or any form of gift for workers who worked with the company even for more than a decade. Huge funds is being siphoned all in the name of some shady software transactions. Investors have never gotten a kobo as dividend not because the company hasn't been profitable but for reasons best known to the top management.

1. They appreciate new staffs more than they appreciate old staffs. 1. Salary increment is as slow as the movement of a snail. 3. They will rather waste their money paying huge salaries to new staffs who will only work then resign in 2 months than increasing an old staff salary. 4. Promotion is based of favoritism
