Work load is too much.. you have to work on late nights and weekends (you will get compoff)..work load obviously depends on project but then also for new development projects, you have to work this way only and no night-shift allowance will be given.. just you can claim dinner (Rs 150 per person) Zero onsite for developers no single day, you will be sitting idle.... No work-life balance You will not get designations on paper. You can try anything to become TechLead but you will not get that designation on paper.

If you are workaholic. You don't have any other job option. If you are a fresher and don not have any other option. You do not give importance to your personal life.

They do not give any time for personal life. No Weekends / No Festivals . They expect 12 hours work daily. Most of the days overtime. Overtime is a work culture there.
