Pros

Learn how Credit works that you can use personally. Nothing else.

Cons

Everything about this Company is shady from training day 1 (which is not paid but they don't tell you in the interview unless you ask). - You have to pay them $20 for a training manual. This should be an obvious red flag. - They tell you you don't have to worry about making the sales target for the first two weeks but fire you after the first week even if you make sales. - Sales are luck based because you dial 100's of calls and may not talk to anyone whereas the employee beside you made a sale in the first 30 minutes of the day. - The CEO of the company sends out extremely harassing emails to everyone in some sadistic way of "motivating" them and really destroys the environment of the workplace. - They fire you over the phone and when you try and ask why because you are blindsided, they just say "thanks, bye" and hang up. Extremely unprofessional Supervisors that are cliquey really cold to you when aren't making sales instead of being encouraging. - Misleading by saying there are Cash Draws at the end of the month for employees with the most sales but because the CEO isn't happy with the employees he cancels it at the end of the month. This might all seem extreme but it is 100% honest and accurate, other reviews will support this. Do NOT work for this company unless you want zero job security and daily vulgar, harassing emails from the CEO that clearly states he does not care about you unless you are top sales.

Pros

I wish there were some pros to working here but other than the people I met while in training there are none.

Cons

They say they pay $16/hr but once you get your pay check and calculate you are actually only making $12.50/hr. The people that are chosen to be hired as managers are extremely unprofessional and sexually harass any girls that are attractive. On more than one occasion managers have openly asked me about my personal relationship. They have made inappropriate comments about my body, the clothes I wear, my makeup etc. In training you are told that they are looking for leaders, people that will step up and show leadership but as soon as that initiative is taken by a woman who doesn't sleep with the managers, you get fired. The owner is an extremely rude arrogant man that sends rude emails as some sort of sick way to motivate his employees. There is no HR so theres no one to report incidents to. I constantly questioned my own morals and integrity everyday I went into work as we had to glamorously glaze over the most important aspects of the program. Credit slab takes money from those that are already struggling financially. Very cliquey management
