      They do try to provide a pleasant workplace. They have some smart and interesting people.

      Cons

      They treat your time with contempt. I've never known an employer so casually expect extra-hours work, at such short notice, so routinely. If you live near their office and don't have a life outside the workplace, this might be OK for you.

      A supportive environment where the team is given the opportunity to own what they work on and have their skills shine through.

      Cons

      Sometimes the internal communications are a little lacking (e.g. roadmap, future direction, upcoming projects) - but that has gotten better lately.
