I was new to the industry when I was hired on, unlike most people who had come from another company such as Kroll Factual Data, but they offer on the job training. The managers are friendly and understanding. You do have to meet a quota as a customer service rep of 40 completions a day, but managers will also assist you in reaching your quotas. I had a really good group of co-workers that soon became friends. They hire within for advancement opportunities. And the benefits are pretty competitive.
