Credit One Bank Response

Thank you for posting your review. We’re pleased that you enjoyed your supervisor, training and the many community service opportunities afforded you while employed by Credit One Bank. The Bank bases the compensation it offers on industry standards and regularly evaluates compensation packages based on trends in the financial services sector and the general employment market. The number and duration of breaks you should’ve received during your shifts depends on whether you were an exempt or non-exempt employee. If you feel you did not receive the appropriate amount of breaks or time for breaks, we encourage you to contact Megan Lago (Megan.Lago@creditone.com) in Human Resources to provide her with additional details. You undoubtedly encountered a wide array of customer attitudes as a collection agent, many of them probably less than cordial. This, unfortunately, is the nature of collections work, as not many people enjoy being reminded they are past due on an account. It requires a special type of person who’s friendly but firm and not affected by negative energy they may occasionally receive. We thank you for your service while employed by us and wish you success in your future pursuits.
