Management is absolutely horrible. I was promised a raise/promotion 4 times and they never followed through although I was the top collector on my team. Management will badmouth you in public and they gossip a lot to other members of your team. You are treated like a kindergarten child and get no respect yet HR and management will retaliate if you complain. They watch your every move on cameras everywhere. They count how often you use the restroom. Pay is very very low compared to other companies in same area and greater Pittsburgh area. They will tell you that you can get promoted after 6 months if you work hard but god forbid you come with suggestions to improve the team work, they will hate you forever and try to find reasons to get rid of you. They say that they care and have an open door policy - this is a lie! The new executive management is appalling, rude and changed the bonus system - as the top collector I got a $44 bonus after working very hard for the previous month. Executive management’s own example is if you make 75.000 for the company you will get a $90 bonus...before tax. Also they brag about benefits but the medical they offer is bottom of the barrel horrendous and very expensive. RUN. Do not ignore these bad reviews, your will to live will be sucked out of you and don’t believe any of their promises. They are looking for slaves, not talented and motivated people like you.
