Pros
PTO is decent you get to take a week or 5 days off a year. The rest you can bank up to 250 hours.
Cons
Insurance premium goes up every year. Departments are like franchises they dont all follow handbook for occurrences. PTo and sick leave is separate you cant convert it. Mediocre employees stay and stay , no accountability for them meanwhile the rest of the team suffers. No documentation for occurrences , outages, not following handbook but don't you dare speak up because you're the one to wind up under investigation.
