Market Area Manager - Area Manager Credit Acceptance Employee Review

The leadership from my director was mind blowing. If you want to experience the definition of horrible boss then this is the place for you. Be prepared to have multiple calls, emails and texts a day about why you are struggling even when your crushing your market. Nothing is ever good enough and it will weigh you down. The company preaches "great place to work" but unfortunately it does not follow through with that at the market area manager roll. I pray this is just my experience with terrible leader.
