      Be wary of management, they will pretend to be interested in your development and help you, then stab you in the back. Too focused on GPTW and other workplace metrics, too eager to display them prominently for all to see, drink the Kool-Aid perception Cronyism is rampant, along with retaliation if you upset the wrong manager
