Theres no real benefits to working here, there's no room to grow and it is almost impossible to get a raise. Loan specialists are expected to do everything from make sales calls to complete high level anti-fraud that should be completed by experienced specialists, not out-of-college students stuttering through the questions. The company is slowly falling apart and the fact that they haven't been able to hire or keep any real talent reflects that. Management is hypocritical and will let some employees slide by doing the bare minimum while other employees have a major work load on their shoulders which leads to a lot of unhappiness and resentment among employees. Also there is no retirement plan.
