Management is not transparent and not good at communicating. Corporate culture is basically non-existent and doesn't seem like a priority

The customers and colleagues on lower level

Toxic culture were managers are being pressured with unrealistic goals and poisonous behaviors that they then bring down to the organization. Product needs a lot of work. Looks good on the surface but take a look on LinkedIn average employment time and that will tell you what you need to know.
