Pros

- Some people in Engineering are talented and are very friendly

Cons

I am referring to my experience in the UK. - Please avoid joining this company at all costs. You will ruin your life. - In 2023 they hired a lot of people because they claimed they were "growing" but ended up firing a lot of people in 2 rounds of redundancies. Lots of people left their stable jobs only to be sacked a few months later - Salaries are low and below the market rate. There is no way the benefits package is "competitive" - The management is extremely poor and the board took no responsibility of the redundancies. I am extremely shocked that they announced promotions within the board but they have done an extremely poor job - None of the board members have actually had experience working for a "global boutique" consulting firm. They are in that position because they were bought by Credera in the US - I was laid off with no severance, bonus and the support from the company was extremely poor. - They claim that they are part of the wider Omnicom group but the parent company did nothing to mitigate the redundancies. They just tightly control Credera and take the dividends from the profits - Additionally the business outlook is negative. Watch how they conduct another round of redundancies.

We are sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with us. 2023 was a challenging year for many companies in our sector and we did everything we could to avoid making redundancies but sadly it was necessary for the longer-term health of the business. It was a very tough year, moving quickly into a downturn and we put our employees and our clients first, maintaining clear and transparent communications at all times. We would never want anyone to feel like we are setting out with anything other than positive intent. However, reading your reviewing it is clear that you haven't felt this in your time with us and for that we are truly sorry. We understand that compensation can be a concern, particularly in this climate, we continue to review salaries relative to market data and are excited for the future as One Credera looking at total reward and benefits. We are proud of the Leadership team we have, we have created a larger Board operating across both Digital and Consulting which has a strong and diverse range of experiences which we are confident is setting us up for success.

- parent company issues - stingy with promotions & salary increases - no stock awarded - no bonuses until L5 - weak leadership and communication - promotion timeline delays - “people first” is not a core value anymore
