Pros

- Flexible schedule, work from home all the time - Overall everyone is friendly - Long interview process, but not difficult compared to the Big 4 firms

Cons

- Very little diversity, company dominated by white males - I saw that people of color (POC) were given fewer responsibilities/project involvement and leadership opportunities. In one instance even, a fellow POC was thrown under the bus when a project fell through even though they were not the leader of that project - No stock options - Very low 401K matches - Low salary compared to other consulting firms
