      All things that come with Omnicom ownership: Disconnected upper-level decision making, below mkt compensation(no bonuses), and the bloat of a MegaCorp

      - parent company issues - stingy with promotions & salary increases - no stock awarded - no bonuses until L5 - weak leadership and communication - promotion timeline delays - “people first” is not a core value anymore
