Cons
Be warned that this is an Omnicom agency, and is increasingly being run like one. Omnicom is just a corporation meant to milk you for money. It is notorious for very poor pay, and benefits keep getting slashed. Raises don't keep up with inflation. They'll try to sell you that at Credera you get to work with "good people" which is a dogwhistle for "white conservative christians". There is very little diversity. Leadership is incompetent and absolutely does not care, and people are leaving in droves which leaves us with more client work than we have people to staff. Communication from leadership is poor and often disingenuous or outright misleading.
