This organization is fond of to know employee pattern, even they ask employees to fill up form in their so called training program to mention about what pattern employee have observed in themselves... interesting. Here we have identified organization's pattern, specific killer pattern. Each time when they fire someone or let go some special or old employee how they do storytelling after person left. It is very interesting and very important specially for current employees, because it's our future after all :) Today you are special or star of company, tomorrow you can be threat or unproductive or non-performer to company.. at any moment.. suddenly. Please read these case study and mark 'helpful' at bottom if you have also observed same or agree.. just to help others. Case study 01 Star charming employee - got promoted too. Had always greet everyone with smile and handled each project's finance and accounts. Had always hosted and take care company's all events free of cost. HR team, management all had always praised for lively and smart personality. Boom - Suddenly just after 1week of promotion which management had only declared on floor.. he is out of performance and not good for anything. Case study 02 Star employee, had managed maximum projects, most favorite of his senior. Had won so many certificates and awards in annual awards. Can anytime shift resource from other projects to his projects.. had worked in each type of pressure without looking day or night. Most worst case - on the day he was leaving for his wedding, got fired. Worst experience anyone can have. Same reasons - now he was not performing well, maybe he did some blunders in his last projects. But no 2nd chance to your start performer? No prior review meeting? Or management hiding some other weakness on his name? Case study 03 Combined case - seniors in development team Two most talented seniors in development team, kind of pilar of development team. Part of most of all projects. Very talented and very dedicated. Have received various awards in annual awards and also got promoted as coe for development team. Sad back - when they shared their opinion for certain projects that management has planned unrealistic goal and project is not possible. Clashes start. Not enough when they resigned to start their own journey, as usual management started their own story that these guys are now doesn't want to do hard work, they are lacking with commitment. The most hard working guys, who had always given their best to this company are now out of dedication. Case study 04 The one who had done multitasking, analysis and project handling both. But manage all his work by himself. Suddenly got a project out of his profile. Still he did his best. Team also loved him and appreciated for his task. Now as he resigned in between, management started harassing.. giving him unnecessary pressure that if project will not complete before you leave, your notice period will extend. Which was so unprofessional... as project was so long that it was not going to complete. Worst part - When he left, he was mentally tortured badly till last date by unnecessary pressure and company never informed end client that he has resigned and after he left... as per management pattern they did backbiting about him at both side. In company also they spread negativity about him and at client side also they spread wrong information about him...If company can't handle their own responsibility by themselves. They should shutdown for sure. Case study 05 Combined case - group layoff In single month few layoffs occurred. But few of have got maximum good opportunities in organization, projects and onsite clients. Had done maximum contribution in management and admin activities also. Sad back - no discussion, no explanation.. just one story to say.. organization goals are not matching. Which goal - financial, professional or personal? Not even any single warning or any prior meeting. Worst part - As per management pattern after few days, to save their own side they shared their story that they had given prior warning and it was performance issue. From few cases of lay off may be management had given warning to one or two but not to all and showcased like for all. Organisation is continuously doing unprofessional act one by one and had left all ethics somewhere down. Can't use any other words here at this platform.
