Pros
Flexible & Open work environment. Totally unbiased top level management. All three top level management people are well in sync with each other, well direct clear vision & guiding whole company on a common path towards the overall company mission & vision. Works on continuous improvement by providing regular trainings all across the floor.
Cons
Not much but if we can have 5 days working alternate months, it will be good. We are currently growing so need to think on slowly & gradually providing more better work place & well adequate resources.
