Pros
The company is highly adaptable to the evolving federal contracting landscape and does a great job communicating its mission. Employees understand the reasoning behind decisions and how their work fits into the company’s broader goals.
Senior leadership is approachable and open to feedback from all levels of the organization. Supervisors are incredibly caring, engaged, and supportive. They are the best I’ve experienced at any employer.
Cons
I do not have any major cons to share. One adjustment for new employees may be getting used to the company’s flat leadership structure. Credence truly gives employees the opportunity to take ownership of their work, regardless of title or level.
At first, this can take some getting used to, especially if you are coming from a more traditional organization. Because the company genuinely operates this way, it may take time to understand certain processes or know exactly who to contact for specific questions. Once you get oriented, though, this approach becomes one of the company’s strengths.
