Pros

I started doing contract work with Creatorup and had high hopes. The idea is great and the company seemed promising.

Cons

After several projects I started to see the cracks. Creatorup was started in 2012 but still functions like a new startup. Overworked = Everyone wears several hats No Structure = I got pushed around to so many people during my projects because everyone wears several hats. Bullying/Coercion= I was not paid for a project and they used the excuse that there was no contract in place despite sending me the materials to create the project.
