- It's a company that has a wealth of experience. - New ownership/leadership creates a space to work where you are respected, listened to, and valued. - Encourage growth, both professionally and personally. - Support each other and show up for each other when the job requires it without resentment. - Innovative - Aim for work life balance - Offer benefits

Cons

- There are not really a lot of cons. This is a company that is understanding how to move forward under new leadership and new processes. - Could use additional people to the team.

Pros

No two events are the same which can make the planning and implementation process fun! They women who work here are all fantastic people who support one another and build each other up. The HR Director takes her job seriously and does her best to support all staff even though she is not given the ability to make many changes. Competitive pay.

Cons

Everyone and every project is micro managed by the owner making it very difficult to accomplish much. Employees are afraid of the owner and refuse to challenge his ideas and way of doing things even if the event or company stuffers. With-in a week of starting at the company I was engulfed by the negative environment which only got worse through my time there. There are so many weekly scheduled meetings that it can be challenging to fit in client meetings and time to get work done. Hopefully this is gone now but they had a "bell of shame" they would ring in front of the team on behalf of employees that messed up to humiliate them. You are expected to use your personal cell phone without a stipend or reimbursement.
