Permanent contract position (This is a tenure less contractual position. Hence, no paid leaves/holidays, medical, provident fund or gratuity benefits). Hourly based payments gets capped at any time (no of working days * 8 only). Salary deduction on late coming. Micro management. Appraisals are biased, granted irrespective of quality/quantity of work performed during a calendar year. Local management talks about ex-contractors in a negative light. Once local management finishes for the day and heads home, majority of people are killing time, increasing their monthly billable hours. Poor infrastructure (No company owned or leased office space. Juggling between cheapest rental co-working spaces)
