One can consider this place to work only when he/she don't have any other job option in hand.
Cons
• Odd Working Hours • Not Safe for Females • Unprofessional & Unethical work culture • No Job Security It is more like " Lalaa Venture " where your job security depends on the mood swings of MD who can fire any one at any point of time without any notice period & or any good reason.(Even if you are a performer then too). They will hire you for some other profile & will make you work on some other profile for ex. if you are hired for operations & you will be forced to work for Business Development (without your willingness) else termination. Very late working hours Even if you don't have any work in office then also you will be asked to sit in office (for females , if you are good looking then more chances are of asking you to wait in office after office hours ). Top Management uses extreme abusive language with everybody.No respect for individuals The worst part entire premises is sealed with CCTV Cameras & Microphones so you cannot talk with your colleagues & cannot be friends with any one in office! On lighter node it seems that you are sitting in FBI office not in ad agency !! :P In last 2 months 19 people are fired without any reason & notice (Because of Mood Swings of the MD).Would never ever recommend this Co. to any one not even to my enemies. Don't Ever go for this Co. & better to hunt for some other option.
