      Pros

      I was not very well versed in my job but they gave me a chance to perform . I am thankful that I got to work here as I have actually learnt a lot. My liabilities were more so needed more salary hence had to leave but if I get a chance I would again join them.

      Cons

      Free hand to work, good learning, great exposure, positive environment for us , mandatory for us to leave on time from office, work life balance

      There are no pros because sooner or later you will be forced to leave the agency

      They would not pay u enough for the work that you have done Conveyance reimbursement is a joke (4Rs per km for a car and 1.5Rs per km for a 2 wheeler) Incentives(if at all any) never get cleared Boys are mistreated and abused and girls are flirted with As mentioned in the above review, it is truely a 'LALA VENTURE' They are also into forgery as it has been seen by many of us that they forge signatures of the clients Girls are asked to wear unprofessional clothes and to give extra services to the clients by their senior manager The entire premises is under CCTV surveillance, it definitely beats the FBI I have worked there for almost 2 months and never have I seen such horrible people
