      Pros

      There is a decent amount of down time along with good co workers. Plasma services has some pretty cool people not sure about the other departments.

      Cons

      Lot of lazy people that come along with the job, and it feels like you are doing nothing to better your career. you just process samples all day long

      Pros

      Great place to get experience out of college. A good transition company. Open to rehiring.

      Cons

      Many changes in a short period of time that sometimes dont benefit anyone. Management goes through phases of micromanaging. Raises, bonuses, rewards don't happen. Inflation adjustment is basically all you get. High turnover rate Management has favorites and are sometimes quick to fire.
