1. Many new tech you can learn and try to implement here. Take your time to develop your own ability. 2. Boss and colleagues are friendly. 3. Doesn't need to overtime often. 4. Some of products are really cool.
Cons
1. The business of this company isn't good, not many stuffs can sale. 2. Some of projects are just for test, there are no customers for this kind of projects. So you may feel that your works are invalid sometimes. 3. You may be very busy for a certain of period, but also may be idle state. Depends on which project you are attend in.
